At this year's National Pathology Annual Meeting, United Medical will exhibit its blockbuster new product: 15-type HPV E6/E7 mRNA full-genotyping detection, as well as its star product, the gynecological inflammation fluorescence scanning imaging analysis system, among other offerings. We sincerely invite all pathology experts and industry colleagues to visit our booth number C-79 for guidance.

As a new-generation cervical lesion detection technology, HPV E6/E7 mRNA detection has been recommended by the WHO/ASCCP/CSCCP guidelines. This technology can distinguish between transient and persistent infections, with higher specificity in detection results and higher predictive value for cervical lesion risk, thus better assisting clinical precision stratification management of cervical lesions. United Medical's blockbuster new product: 15-type HPV E6/E7 mRNA full-typing detection can detect and type 15 high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) E6/E7 mRNA (16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68) in human cervical exfoliated cell samples, serving as a risk assessment tool for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.
This product utilizes UniPlex, a next-generation melting curve technology independently developed by United Medical, which boasts higher detection sensitivity and eliminates the need for specialized detection equipment. It is currently the product with the most comprehensive and widely certified mRNA detection and typing capabilities both domestically and internationally. In addition to providing full coverage of 14 high-risk types, it also includes HPV type 53, a common type among the Chinese population, making the detection more comprehensive. Furthermore, the product covers a more extensive range of target mRNA types, fully encompassing both full-length mRNA and spliced mRNA, resulting in higher detection accuracy.

The Joint Medical Fluorescence Scanning Imaging Analysis System is an automatic morphological analysis system based on multiple fluorescent markers. It allows for flexible selection of various models, including the Gis1000 series, Gis2000 series, and Gis3000 series, and has obtained multiple patents and software copyrights. It covers four common clinical types of vaginal inflammation: AV, BV, VVC, and TV, enabling rapid, accurate, and comprehensive assessment of various patient indicators.
Among them, Gis-3100, as a star product, holds the first Class II certificate for a fully automated fluorescence scanning imaging analysis system for vaginitis in China. Additionally, its accompanying detection reagent holds the first Class II certificate for an immunofluorescence detection reagent kit for vaginitis in China. It has been used in multiple top-tier hospitals and has gained widespread clinical recognition for its excellent performance indicators.
